OCEAN KAVE WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER

It was amazing to finally get back to work Ocean Kave for Laura & Andrews wedding. A busy few days for me as I was at Ocean Kave two days in a row photographing Selina & Dave’s wedding the day after.

This pair enjoyed a beautiful afternoon soaking up the Devon sunshine on a July afternoon with a small band of their family and friends, and their dog, a must for them, she was the ring bearer. I arrived just before the start of the ceremony which was held outside the Kave in the sunshine. During the ceremony Laura read from “I Love You Like No Otter” quoting little bits from the book to demonstate how she felt about Andrew. This pair have been together since they were fifteen and Andrew was about a foot shorter!

There were some wonderful moments and little touches that made this wedding theirs. Their dog was so excited at one point when Laura bent down to stroke her that she pushed Laura over and trampled all over her dress and gave her face a good lick! The little personalised touches were so good. Evryones place name had a little woodland critter on a postcard, there were even woodland creatures atop thier cake. There was a painting table for guests to paint a little memento to give the B&G. Later we walked down to the cliff edge to capture the epic sunset and say hi to the resident horses. All in all and brilliant afternoon.
