First time at Bradstone
This was my very first time photographing a wedding at Bradstone Manor. Jessie & Brett came to me after getting in touch with my friend Anthony but he was busy so he pointed them in my direction and I’m so glad he did. After chatting to them it was clear this was going to be a wedding to remember. Jessie’s sheer joy for life was evident and Louise who helped me on the day said she was one of the most happy, smiley brides she thought she’d ever seen, I agree, the smile hardly left her face all day. Brett on the other hand is a bit more of a serious guy 🙂 not that he didnt have a great day, he’s just a little more reserved, opposites attract as they say and Brett defo would beacuse he’s a scientist.
Where do we begin?? We’ve just had the most incredible time enjoying each and every photo. Words can’t describe how overwhelmed and happy we are with our beautiful gallery, your talent knows no bounds. We’ve been sat here laughing, crying (Jessie), joking, and reminiscing – it’s amazing how one photo can help you recall an entire conversation or moment that you didn’t even know you’d forgotten. I guess it’s because the day itself is so absolutely jampacked, your brain can only take so many mental snapshots.

So to have these stunning memories forever is the most amazing feeling. Thank you so much for seeing our vision and really making it come to life! We’ve never felt so comfortable in front of a camera, and we know that’s because you went out of your way to make us feel relaxed and at ease. I cannot wait for family and friends to see these too, and to keep looking at them again and again. Thank you again Mike!
Memorable moments
There were so many great memories from this one day, Jessie spying on her guests from the room where her and the girls got ready. Jessie tearing up Brett’s speech because she thought it was shit!! Hilarious. Brett constantly talking thorugh the couples session because he was nervous in front of the camera and telling Jessie facts about the Dartmoor hills we could see from the spot I’d pointed them to to have some time alone. Jessie’s Dad coming over to chat when they were getting amorous and just not getting the fact they were having their couples photos. To Grandad getting his groove on at age 94! Family moments and memories now never to be forgotton due to the photos.
